The MacFixit / Fenvi Hard Drive tray allows you to replace the internal SuperDrive of your Macbook / Macbook Pro with a high performance SATA hard drive providing up to 1TB of additional internal hard drive space! This is especially great if you have a small capacity SSD drive installed and you need more space for your files.

Includes everything needed to replace your optical drive with a second hard drive or Solid State Drive.

Bootcamp note : As Windows can only be installed from an internal drive, please note that you will have to put your optical drive back inside your Mac to do a clean install of Windows. Alternatively you can use software like Winclone to copy an existing partition and reinstall it at will.
